When you write to us or apply for a role, we receive what you send: your name, your email address, and the contents of your message and any attachments.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider, Vercel, records the technical details of the request: your IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser and device type, and keeps anonymous, cookieless page view counts through Vercel Web Analytics. We do not run advertising trackers.

To answer you, to consider an application, to run and secure the site, and to understand in aggregate how the site is used. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

The site sets no cookies of its own. A setting you choose on a page is kept in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device.

The providers that host the site and deliver our email process data on our behalf under their own terms. We share personal information with no one else unless the law requires it.

Messages and applications are kept for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period after, then deleted. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will respond within thirty days. Residents of jurisdictions with specific privacy rights, including the EU, the UK, and California, can exercise them the same way.

If this policy changes we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
